Refund policy

Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so refunds work a bit differently from a physical shop. Here’s exactly how.

In short

When you get a refund

• You ask within 14 days of buying, and you haven’t downloaded the product and haven’t activated the license key.
• You were charged twice for the same order by mistake.
• The product doesn’t work as described, you’ve given us the chance to fix it with your error details, and we can’t fix it within 14 days.

When you don’t

• You downloaded the product or the license was activated in a Discord server, and it works as described.
• You changed your mind, no longer need it, or bought the wrong product after downloading it.
• Your license was revoked for breaking the Terms of Service.
• The problem comes from your own setup, host, database or Discord changes outside our control, and the product works when set up as in the setup guide.

How to ask

1. Contact us with your order link (the page you landed on after paying) or your license key.
2. Tell us why, and include any error messages.
3. We reply within a few days. If the refund is approved, your license is revoked and the refund is sent.

Crypto refunds

• Refunds are paid in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you give us. Crypto payments can’t be reversed automatically.
• We refund the US dollar price you paid, converted at the rate on the day of the refund, minus the network fee for sending it.
• Double-check the address you give us. Payments sent to a wrong address can’t be recovered.

EU withdrawal right

If you live in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once delivery starts with your agreement. When you download the product or activate your license key, you agree to immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal. Until then, the 14-day refund above applies.
