Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to sell you licenses and keep them working. We don’t sell your data or use advertising trackers.
Who we are
Rocket Service, based in , runs this website and is responsible for your data.
What we collect

We never see your card or wallet details. Payments are handled by NOWPayments, which gives us only the order status.
The bot itself runs on your own server. Ticket messages, transcripts and settings stay in your database; we don’t receive them.
Why we use it
- To deliver what you bought (contract): creating your account, showing your licenses and orders, delivering downloads, and checking licenses.
- To prevent abuse (legitimate interest): stopping license sharing, fraud and attacks on the site.
- To run our Discord community (contract): adding you to our Discord server when you log in and giving buyers the Customer role.
- To meet legal duties (legal obligation): keeping sales records for accounting and tax.
Who we share it with
- Discord: for login, server join and roles.
- NOWPayments: to process crypto payments.
- Our hosting provider: the servers this site runs on, located in the EU.
We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. We don’t sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it
- Account, license and order data: as long as your license is active, then as long as accounting law requires.
- License check logs: 30 days.
- Backups: up to 14 days.
Cookies
We only use cookies needed for the site to work: one to keep you logged in (7 days) and one short-lived cookie that protects the Discord login. No analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to how we use it. Deleting your account also ends your licenses. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site uses HTTPS everywhere. License answers are cryptographically signed, logins go through Discord, and secrets are stored only on our server.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. For bigger changes, we’ll announce them in our Discord server.
